Increasing Coverage for the 2008-09 Season
The 2008 National Influenza Vaccine Summit was convened on May 12-13 in Atlanta, Georgia. The Summit, which has been cosponsored by the American Medical Association (AMA) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) since 2001, was well attended; 214 experts representing over 110 diverse organizations participated.
